Somewhere, in a remote location...
Aug. 23rd, 2002 12:06 amWell, I'm not typing this from home. I'm in a hotel room in Cleveland, leeching off of the hotel's in-room internet service. Supposedly it's broadband. A bit faster than the 56k I'm accustomed to, but the speeds aren't fast enough to phone home about. Anyway. Why am I in Cleveland, of all places? Something about a training class, paid by my company. It's Cleveland, and it's technically schooling, but it's a week off. That's what counts. What also counts is that I'll be going by my old home, and I'll have the whole weekend to visit.
So what else has been going on in my quirky little world? Not much, really. I'm planning on going to Six Flags again this year. Any takers? No limit on who can go; the more the merrier. Eric, I know you're probably not interested...
Here is the part where I was going to put in something deep and meaningful, like I always mean to do, but evertime I pull this up, my mind goes blank. I guess I'll have to come back later, full of thought and inspiration, and all but forget what I came here to do all over again.
