Whew... I think I'm done with my Christmas shopping. Gotta love those all-night hours that some stores have for the holidays, although I'm sure that the people that work there have less-than-kind sentiments about it.
So I topped it off with a midnight mountain road rush. Take a twisty stretch of roadway as fast as possible, in the middle of the night. Best if the roads are clear of moisture of any kind. Yamiko-chan seemed to think it's fun, it wanted to keep going faster and faster, taking each turn at it's limit. Yes, I know I could have wiped out or gotten busted. There's no point in doing it; there's no point in not doing it. There's no glory in justification. Upshifting and downshifting, keeping the revs high. Whipping around hairpin turns. Ahhhh, what fun.
Inflicted the entirety of Saikano on my brother-in-law over the course of a couple days. He seemed to take it well, although right after the end of the last episode, I started to play Pita-Ten, then stopped because I think our heads would simply explode from the drastic change. Teeheehee.
