On the tattered edge of BURNOUT!
Sep. 29th, 2003 07:13 amGot home from Atlanta at around 5:30 this morning, which made it 12 hours for 770 miles, including stops for food and gas and such. Drove the whole way to and from. I should have passed out by now. Not going into work today.
AWA was fun. Got an unholy-sized stack of doujinshi, a pic of an utterly pissed off Belldandy, and chased by a pair of No-Faces.
Night driving is fun, as long as I'm awake to enjoy it. White lines in the middle of the road, relentlessly flying by, vanishing into the darkness just as quickly as they appeared. Unseen powers propping me up against the gorilla of fatigue. Meanwhile, the promise of home is a lofty one indeed.
Lament/Outflow arrived while I was away. I shall go listen to that now. Or sleep. Or both.
