Oct. 29th, 2006 10:01 pmNew hard drive for my laptop! It now has 120GB in it, which is as high as it'll go now. The only casualty is my iTunes library. All the files are intact, but the playlists are mucked up because on the old drive, iTunes magically knew wherever the files were but on the new drive, it does NOT know and then marks it as MIA. Then it occurred to me to move the affected files back to their original folder and it worked on most of them. The rest I can deal with over time.
Downloading three torrents: One is estimated to finish in about a week because of slow speeds, and the other two probably won't finish at all. Yui Sakakibara's "Music in my Heart" is stuck at 94% with no seeds. ;_;
I went and got myself a deviantart account. Won't likely be putting anything there, though. Just got it to leave comments and view friends' artwork and otherwise lurk.
The last time I went grocery shopping, I bought a box of Apple Jacks solely because of the bonus trinket that it offered, which is a little video game bearing the Xbox logo. It is not huge, and it is not a real Xbox. I'm quite certain that Kellogg's and Microsoft struck some sort of deal with each other.
Been skipping out on a lot of AUSA meetings lately, including today's. I just feel all "meh" lately. The pre-con blahs, if such a condition exists. Or it might just be convention burnout, which had to happen eventually. So instead of driving all the way down there, I stayed at home and raked leaves.
