Well, Otakon went well for me. There were a few things about it that disappointed me, but there were some pleasant surprises as well. One of them was finding a dealer that can ship the latest I've Girls Compilation: Lament/Outflow to me when it gets released next month. For those of you that are aware of what I went through last year in order to get Disintegration, you should have some idea of how much of an improvement this is over last year's situation. And for a select few, it also means a gold mine for Tsubasa-grade mineral. You know who you are. ^_^ Anyway, over yonder at Visual Arts, they put little snippets of some of the songs into quick demo tracks.

Hm, Scrapped Princess #18 is a week late. Probably because they didn't show it last week, according to WOWOW's schedule. But it got aired last night, so that bodes well. Their schedule is varied in content, such as the Pearl Harbor movie (very ironic to be shown on Japanese TV), American golf tournaments, CSI, My Big Fat Greek Life, James Bond movies all week, and Beyond the Valley of the Dolls, to name a few. Probably half their offerings are of US origin. A channel like that can easily replace about half my cable channel lineup!

Such as it were, I still have a few things to take care of, including the final touches on the convention reports for Animazement, Anime Mid Atlantic, and Otakon. Off I go!
