Sep. 9th, 2005 02:33 amOk, AWA is two weeks from now? The poll from a couple entries ago indicates strong support and approval, however that was before Hurricane Katrina came through, trashing Louisiana and Mississippi, and sending gas prices through the roof. Also, I'm still without any kind of rooming arrangements for AWA itself. Granted, I've gone to conventions without that sort of planning and still had good results, and camping out at a Microtel or Motel 6 or similar "four walls and a roof" setups is a valid option should I go. As it stands, I'm still going, unless there's something big that absolutely keeps me from going. That's also the reason I didn't reserve a flight. But anyway.
Got a few assorted items in for both of The Girls. Mostly some rubber gasket material, as water is getting into Ai-chan's trunk because of something that costs me only a few bucks and takes only a couple minutes to install. I don't mind doing this sort of thing for them, because Integras are love.
The other day I got to see what "pyrophoric" really meant. It means that on contact with air at almost any temperature, it WILL burn. This includes underwater. So, that makes something like propane look inert in comparison.
Ah, there was something else. There always is of course, but I don't let that bother me.
Ok, back to bed.
