Fried calamari, is quite yummy when fresh. After sitting for almost a week in my fridge, it's more like "umm....". I haven't tried to re-heat it, and frankly I'm afraid to. So out it goes. Cleaned out a few other things in the fridge, so that I can make room for some Woodchuck and Mike's Hard Lemonade. Yay.

One more Air micro-fic!

Misuzu: I finally reached it... My goal.
Andres Cantor: GOOOOOOOOOOOOAAAAAAAAAAAALLLLLLL!!!!!
Haruko: ZOMGWTFBBQ?
Misuzu: Gao... ::dies::

Granted, that was uncalled for. But much of this journal is uncalled for. This may or may not be the last of the micro-fics, and I won't make any promises either way.

Speaking of ZOMGWTFBBQ, it has started to snow. This may or may not impact my presence at the AUSA staff meeting tomorrow, which is going to be about 6 hours long and generally a gripe session for staffers. But observant readers should already guess how I feel about it. I came, I saw, I got confused, I shrugged my shoulders and went over to BestBuy to scope out their anime selection. Wait, that's typical of every meeting. Hah!

I am thinking of getting a 5.1 Surround Sound system! After Christmas. I've seen low-end off-brand ones start off around $60 or so (except they don't really have that 5.1 feature, they just pretend), basic (but real) systems poking around $200, and so on. The receiver portion must have many, many plugs on the back for hooking up all sorts of goodies to, and would actually be preferable to not have its own DVD player, as I already have a decent one.

Tweaked up the site a bit today, making sure all (or most) of the links go somewhere or do something. It may be lacking for content, but it's getting somewhere. I'm also going back through some of my journal entries and repairing dead links for some of the more obvious ones. If it's buried underneath a link, meh, I think I'll let it go, but if it's an auto-loader, I'll fix it. [livejournal.com profile] yamikochan has been more of an offender on that, with all those images making use of thumbnails and whatnot.

I'm sorry that I haven't gotten in touch with you in so long. How goes the cleaning? My last day of school is the 16th, so sometime after that we can get together and work more on your house.

Please send me an e mail with your schedule for the week after the 16th as I have plans for the 17 and 18th.

~THANKS!!

~Sarah

Actually, my schedule is quite simple. After the 16th, I work Monday to Wednesday, and then I'm off from the 22nd until (I think) the 2nd of January. Not sure if I have that day off or not, will make sure tomorrow. I'm gonna be busy on the 17th and 18th myself.

Cleaning is going a bit slow (all things considered), but I do have some large items knocked out of the way, so there's more room to work with.
