What CAN one do with almost two pounds of Cheerios?

Where to begin?

It would depend on one's food preferences. I suppose you have ruled out just eating them gradually...or all at once.

One could feed them to the birds or squirrels in a park.

Or save them to make an emergency pillow to sit on...once...and for a fairly short period of time.

Or string them onto a long piece of cord and dye them for a decorative thingy.

Check to see if they're suitable for parakeet snacks and give them to a friend who has a budgie.

Throw them away (certainly an option I'd consider).

Finally, though I could continue this nonsense for a long while, put them into a blender and mix the result with boric acid, using the blend for roach killer.

How's that?

Since my packrat mentality recoils in horror at the thought of tossing them out (one box is currently unopened), that option is out. And thankfully I don't have roaches, so that's out as well.

What I have experimented with is putting them in one of those quart-sized cups I get from the Lego stores, adding some milk, sugar, and butterscotch syrup (or caramel, depending which I grab first), putting the lid on, shaking for about a minute, and voila! Thirty-two ounces of awesome. A bowl of cereal, but in a cup!
