Need to stay up until 6 or 7am for about a week due to weirdshift, then it's back to normal. Then again I wouldn't know what normal was if it hit me head-on like a girl that just stole some taiyaki at gunpoint. Besides, I hear that normal is overrated and I'm not missing anything.

I'd like to go to Skyline Drive some point this summer, or what's left of summer. Weather looks nice, so maybe tomorrow, even if I wake up at like, 2pm. Or maybe go down to Ocean City/Assateague Island. Those are the kinds of destinations that I can appreciate better now. When I'm 250 miles away from home, I can still drive back in the same day, without stopping for so much as a gas stop or bathroom break. But 2500 miles away, there's no driving back home in the same day. I think I needed to experience that, to see it firsthand.

Something for my wishlist. Looking at the price, I already know I'll be rowing my own oars for that.

Also: "The Curious Adventures of Mr. Wonderbird" is a surreal hour of animation that truly is curious (and was apparently unfinished at the time), for which I braved entering the nearby Walmart around midnight and spent the princely sum of $1, and I dare say, it was all worth it. If you got this far, then you already know how to ride the internet, and you don't need my help if you want to learn more. But in case you're wondering, it does have a giant robot.

Alright it's sometime past 6 now, so I'm going to go listen to Led Zeppelin until I pass out.

Skyline Drive is pretty. I kinda miss the changing of the seasons down here in Florida. Can you hook a broda up with a job? I dream of coming back sometimes....

You might miss the changing of the seasons, but do you miss all the ice and snow and having to drive around in it with several million other people?

Also, in regards to work, I have no pull in hiring authority, nowadays they do applications and other sifting through their website. (http://careers.northropgrumman.com/ExternalHorizonsWeb/getCareerHome.do)

For my position, they had me take a 6-hour long electronics test, which weeded out 90% of applicants, and then a drug test, which weeded out 90% of who was left. The kind of job you'd be interested in wouldn't have an electronics test though.

In other words, I'll get weeded (haha) out at the drug test?
