So right now I'm in the process of downloading an .iso file of Windows 7 RC. Which means it's the version that's free but will eventually self-destruct. Since I have a small herd of hard drives, it means I won't have to overwrite XP or lose documents. I'll get around to fiddling with it in a few weeks, after I rig up something to feed power to about a dozen external drives.

Hectic weekend ahead! And stuff.

Just out of curiosity, how big is that ISO file?

It came out to around 3GB, cuz. Getting it also involves registering at Microsoft's TechNet thing, if you're thinking of going that route.

That is a lot of tech. I am just going to wait until I get a new computer to get Windows 7 when it comes out.
