Chuuuu....

Well, I ate a lot of turkey, but I'm not sleepy yet. Why hasn't the infamous Turkey Nap taken hold of me? WHY? Or have I just not eaten enough birdmeat? I'm full now, so I'm not going back for seconds. I can't eat nearly as much as I used to.

Disintegration update (for those that give a damn): Latest word is that it's somewhere over the Pacific. Better than nothing.

Does anyone else notice the subtle beauty of the snow-covered ground at dusk? That crispness in the air, right before it actually does snow?

The days grow colder and shorter, which means I spend more and more time in the dark. It doesn't bother me, really. It reminds me of the days when I was on second shift, and I would leave from work no earlier than midnight, and get home no earlier than 1 AM. There were plenty of times when I would leave later than that. Something about cruising down I-81, full moon overhead. And when I got home, there was anime waiting for me. Yes, there was nothing else to do when on second shift. Late night cable tv is a genuine wasteland. And everyplace is closed, except maybe Wal-mart, and that can get old quick.

A certain SOMEBODY needs to get back to me about transferring a Katsucon registration that she made a few months ago for someone else, but that someone else isn't going, and didn't pay. Or should I just go and do it myself? Even though it'll cost an extra $5 if I go in on my own? I'll wait until right before the deadline.

Feh. Enough of my mumbling. Happy Thanksgiving, to those that read this.

Happy Thanksgiving... (a little late)

The dark is a good thing. I love the shorter days!
