Ok, looks like Anime North is still go for me, despite a couple snags, such as ![[livejournal.com profile]](https://www.dreamwidth.org/img/external/lj-userinfo.gif)
aichan95 needing a new windshield, even though she's not going. As for where I'm going to stay while in Toronto, I'll work out that detail when I get there. Staying in the main convention hotel would be nice, but surely there's other places to stay while in Toronto. Ok, the main reason I'm going to this? KOTOKO. Never before have I made such sudden plans to go to a convention because of a guest. Usually when a convention announces a guest, I'm all "yeah that's cool whatever". When Koge Donbo was at Otakon a couple years ago, that got me a bit hyped, but on the other hand, I was already going to Otakon regardless.
Yeah, that's the plan, if it can be called that. One of my favorite things about going to conventions is the trip to and from. Either by myself or with friends, to a place I've been to many times before or somewhere entirely new, it's part of the adventure. I look forward to it.
Anyway.
Found a massive fan pack of Higurashi stuff, with a couple OSTs, a couple videos, and a lot of doujinshi. No anime characters are safe from being shown nekkid, not even psycho ones.
