No point in asking; this dog lets himself out.

Here I am at Anime North! I arrived in one piece and stuff, and the night before I managed to reserve a hotel room. One of my dreams from a couple days ago told me it would work, and it did. Anyway. Got my little sticker on my badge so I can get into the KOTOKO concert, which is pretty much the be-all-end-all reason why I'm here. After that's over, my weekend is pretty much spent and I could head back home whenever. A quick trip into the dealers room tells me that there's absolutely no point in buying any manga or DVDs here. Maybe if they had Ghost Stories #5 so I could watch it on the laptop, but they don't. I can wait until I get back in the US for that. Mostly I'm on the lookout for the kind of stuff that I normally can't find.

I figured I've never been outside the US before, and for all sakes and purposes there's no real good reason why I haven't. Even if it is for something like an anime convention, it's all the reason I need.
