May. 24th, 2004 02:35 amOne week to Animazement! More like slightly less than a week.
I feel dirty, because I spent much of the day rummaging around through stuff that's been in the basement for several years.
The internet saves the day! Looked in an online mall directory and happened across a store called "Tokyo Japan" but further investigation indicates that it's yet another one of those quasi-Chinese food places, the kind that shove samples in front of you and try to get you to buy a styrofoam carton full of greasy rice and noodles, so it's a good thing I didn't go in person. Those kinds of places are everywhere. I bet someone's planning to put one up in Centralia.
Recently I watched an anime called "Love Love?". This show affected me in many ways, most of them negatively. More on that later. Much more.
At York this weekend, I inflicted "Midori no Hibi" on the anime club, and it went over surprisingly well. Like I've said, it's the sort of thing that we look towards the Japanese to come up with.
