psipsyNot sure what in hell just happened, but suddenly Quicktime is now able to directly handle 98% of the .avi files in my collection. Yes, that includes stuff that I got a year and a half ago. Not sure if it's because of the latest version, or if I installed something else (which I think is more of the reason) but now... it actually works. There's still a couple that won't work, but most of those have given me all kinds of problems anyway, including the funky WMV9 ones, which won't even work in Windows Media Player. Hrm.
So much for getting out of here at 7 in the evening. Or 8 for that matter. Konomini 12, which is (I believe) the last episode, has just come out, and I can't just leave it be. Now if only the group that's subbing Hanaukyo: La Verite will get cracking on the last couple, that'll make me happy. But I shouldn't complain.
Found Lia's "Prismatic" on amazon.co.jp, but they won't ship it to the US. So Amazon can go to hell. I still have other options. Anyone out there want to go in on an order from AnimeJungle and/or CDJapan? I can think of plenty of stuff I'd like. This battle's nowhere near over!
Oof. I think this place is trying to freeze me out of here. It's working. It must be 50 degrees in here. But mostly because I'm hungry is why I want to go.
Dogtato-kun #7 was weird, even compared to other Dogtato-kun episodes. Croconion owns everyone and yes, that includes you too, Günther.
