If I stay awake for 35 hours straight, I will have a vision! That's never going to happen, because I automatically go to sleep before 24 hours. I am not designed for going further. I do not argue or contest that parameter; it is there for a reason. After 20 hours, my IQ drops significantly. So I don't even WANT to know what kind of vision I would have if I stayed awake for 35 hours.

The "Battle Royale" movie has some moments, including Yuko Miyamura as an all-too enthusiastic training video girl. I would have gotten further, but I was reminded that my laptop doesn't like being dropped on the floor. Stupid USB cable that's only 3 feet.

I got Nine Inch Nails' latest CD, "With Teeth". So far I am digging it.

Internet, you crack me up! There is a torrent available for Live Action Naruto. It turned out to be live action alright, but it has absolutely NOTHING to do with Naruto, to say the least. Ask me how I know.

yamikochan has gotten noisier today, entirely because of the heat shield that gets looser by the mile. Y'know, if that's the worst I have to deal with at 92k miles, so be it. D'oh! I just placed an order through Honda's website for other things, and forgot to order new bolts for the heat shield. Then again, the result would have been the same eventually. There are other ways to fix that.

Happy sunny day today. I should make good use of it.

Once I took an IQ test when I was fully rested and awake in the afternoon, and then took another at 5AM after being up for 20 hours. The difference? A 50 point drop. It wasn't all at once; I suspect the decline started somewhere after the 12 hour mark.

As for the NIN, there's always file-sharing to get an idea of what it sounds like. That's what I started with.

Surprisingly, my laptop's fared rather well despite the relentless downloading that I've done. Then again, it's a Mac running BitTorrent. I only fire up Limewire when necessary, and Kazaa is not an option.
