I can't tell which part is creepier: The fact that someone (probably a dude) feels compelled to do that, or the fact that they've got an audience for it, not counting those of us that only tune in out of morbid curiosity.
Driver-san said something about "the line between reality and fantasy becomes a pretzel". He chuckles over it now, but it had him stunned for a few minutes at first.
Another fine example of why japanese people A) have far too much time, and B) are really messed up in the head.

In regards to the KD ticket, the 2005 operating season isn't over yet; they're still open for most of the weekends in October, so there's still a good chance they'll get used somehow. So don't worry about paying for it just yet.
