Woo! I'm off from work for the rest of the year.

I don't think I'm going to Ohayocon in a couple weeks. I'd like to go, but there's just a lot of stuff that needs taken care of on this end. Plus if I go, it's going to snow, and Yamiko-chan isn't going to be happy about that. For that matter, if I go to Katsucon this year, it'll probably only be for Saturday. So for the first half of the year, it's probably going to be about Tekkoshocon and Animazement.

Sometime today I must go run errands. And wash my dishes. And move some stuff to storage. And get Ai-chan back just to turn around and get new speakers for her.

Once again I am in charge of the York Anime Club! Not only that but now I own the projector too. Didn't show Tsukuyomi or 3x3 Eyes due to low attendance, but I did sneak in Ghost Stories, AMV Hell 3, a couple other odds and ends, and towards the end of the evening, AMV Hell 0. Oh yes I did indeed show that. And along the same lines, I also managed to sell off a few doujinshi. Since that worked out about as well as I thought it would, I'm probably going to bring even more to the next meeting.

Alright, off I go.

I'd live at one if it were possible. I live in Sklahoma, so all the conventions I go to I have to travel to Dallas TX to go to, except for the small one they have in Tulsa (wheres I live in Oklahoma). So the long travle is why I dont get to go to many. I usualluy try to go to A-kon every year.

It also depends on how you define long travel. By my standards, if I can get there on a full tank of gas, that's acceptable. Then again, I love road trips.

Well Dallas is about 500 miles from Tulsa so it is a few hours drive. I also have a really old car that cant make the trip so I have to get my mom to drive me or get a ride with friends.

Ah yes, I used to have that problem. There's nothing like driving on mountainous roads in a 300ZX with a failing master brake cylinder.

If you get the mach five then I want either Gadget mobile or the Time travel car form Back to the Future. or the Fantasticar, which technically isnt a car, more of a hovercraft.

Ah, the DeLorean, there's a few of those around.

Did you know that if you look around enough, you can get the same kind of car that Misato has?

No I did not. But I'd rather have the Eva. And how did you know I would know who Misato was?

It was revealed in heiroglyphics.

Ah, you don't want the Eva. The maintenence on it is insane, the feedback control is hairy at best, and if you make the slightest mistake, you'll feel it.

Im not gonna be battling Ninja's in it! Im gonna be taking it to conventions and getting girls to take their pictures with it! But your right, a gundam would be better since it doesnt need to be tied to the fuel source.
